Rules at Carpadrome

It is compulsory to :

  1. Have a large landing net.
  2. Have an XXL landing mat and keep it wet.
  3. Have a carp care kit
  4. Use barbless hooks size 10 maximum
  5. Unhooking kit
  6. Put your cigarette ends in a tin.
  7. Be covered by a liability insurance
  8. Sort out your litter : Instructions given once arrived
  9. Clean your swim prior to leaving.
  10. Wet the fish when taking pics
  11. Have a big keep net (min 2 meter long) carps over 2 pounds must be released immediately.

It is forbidden to :

  1. Use boats or bait boats.
  2. Swim in the lake
  3. Use carp sacs or keep carps in a retention sling. Even at night.
  4. Make a fire or BBQ on the floor. Use a proper BBQ ( throw your cold ashes in a bin bag)
  5. Be drunk on your swim

General rules & Information:

  1. Respect nature , stay quiet and keep the area clean( bring your own garbage bags)
  2. Keep your dog on a leash. Pick up dog poo.
  3. Visitors will have to leave the premises before 9 pm
  4. Wife and kids are allowed to stay with the angler. Visitors wishing to stay will have to pay a 5 euro fee / day
  5. Toilet facilites.
  6. Fishing is only allowed on marked swims and fishing is no kill.
  7. Don’t leave your rods unattended.
  8. Seeds must be thoroughly cooked. (we often check on that).
  9. Peanuts are forbidden.
  10. If you happen to damage a fish on purpose, you will be expelled immediately.
  11. Some fish can be tracked with a micro ship.
  12. Anglers caught stealing or damaging a fish will be sued.
  13. If you infringe the following rule you will be expelled and will not be refunded.
